This agreement is established between LinkPrint ("Company", "we", "us") and you ("User", "Client", "Customer") regarding the use of our AI-powered printing platform, SaaS solutions, and API services. Key terms include:

• Platform: LinkPrint's AI design generation and printing management system
• API: Application Programming Interface for integrating our services
• SaaS: Software-as-a-Service multi-tenant platform solutions
• AI Services: Automated design generation using machine learning models

2. Use of the Service

Your use of LinkPrint's services is subject to the following terms and limitations:

• You may use AI-generated designs for commercial purposes within your licensed scope
• API access must comply with rate limits and usage guidelines
• Services may not be used for illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes including copyright infringement or offensive content creation
• You are responsible for providing accurate information during design requests and order processing
• Multi-tenant SaaS usage includes data isolation and custom branding rights within your tenant space

3. Subscription Plans and Fees

LinkPrint offers various subscription tiers and payment options:

• API Integration Plans: Pay-per-use or monthly subscriptions with different request limits and feature access
• SaaS Platform Rental: Monthly or annual licensing for complete frontend solutions with customization options
• Payment terms include automatic renewal, accepted payment methods (credit cards, ACH), and applicable taxes based on your location
• Cancellation requires 30-day notice; refunds are prorated for unused portions of annual subscriptions

4. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights are divided as follows:

• LinkPrint retains ownership of the AI models, platform technology, and underlying software systems
• You receive commercial usage rights for AI-generated designs created through our platform for your specific business purposes
• Custom modifications or derivative works require explicit permission and may involve additional licensing fees
• Your data remains your property; we maintain data isolation and security in our multi-tenant architecture

5. Disclaimers and Warranties

Service limitations and liability disclaimers include:

• Services are provided "as is" without guarantees of specific design outcomes or printing results
• LinkPrint is not liable for damages resulting from AI-generated content, printing quality issues at third-party facilities, or service interruptions
• We are not responsible for delays in order fulfillment due to factory capacity, shipping issues, or force majeure events
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months

6. Dispute Resolution

Dispute resolution procedures are structured as follows:

• Initial disputes should be addressed through our customer support system with documented communication
• Unresolved issues will proceed to mediation before pursuing arbitration or legal action
• Governing law is based on California state law, with jurisdiction in Los Angeles County courts
• Class action lawsuits are waived in favor of individual arbitration proceedings

7. Termination

Service termination conditions and procedures:

• Either party may terminate with 30-day written notice for subscription services
• Immediate termination may occur for breach of terms, non-payment, or misuse of services
• Upon termination, API access ceases immediately; SaaS platform access continues through the end of the billing period
• Data export capabilities are provided for 90 days post-termination; thereafter, data may be permanently deleted

8. Entire Agreement and Amendments

• These Terms of Service constitute the complete agreement between LinkPrint and the user, superseding all prior communications and agreements
• Amendments require written agreement from both parties; minor policy updates will be communicated with 30-day advance notice
• If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement remains in full effect

9. Data Processing and Privacy

Data handling and privacy protections:

• Customer data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations
• Multi-tenant architecture ensures data isolation between different customers
• AI training may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve service quality without compromising individual privacy
• Data residency options are available for enterprise customers with specific compliance requirements
